1. Clear your browser cache in Google Chrome


Step 1: Go to Chrome settings



=> Launch Google Chrome and open up the browser menu by clicking on the three- dot/ three-bar menu on the far right of your URL bar. Among the drop-down options that appear, look for and click on ‘Settings’.


Step 2: Look for the cache clearing option




=> In Settings, click on ‘Clear browsing data’ under the ‘Privacy and security’ section. In the box that opens up, you will see a time range and three checkboxes. For the time, you can choose between Last hour, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks and All time.


Step 3: Clear the cache




=> When you have checked the boxes, go ahead and choose ‘Clear Data’ to begin the clearing process.


2. Clear your browser cache in Firefox



Step 1: Go to Chrome settings




=> Open Firefox and click the menu button in the upper right hand corner of the browser. This appears as three lines. Among the drop-down options that appear, look for and click on ‘Settings’.




=> Click on the "Privacy & Security" tab on the left hand side. Scroll down until you see the "Cookies and Site Data" section. Click "Clear Data."


Step 3: Clear the cache




=> Check the box next to "Cached Web Content." Click "Clear" to clear your cache manually.


3. Clear your browser cache in Microsoft Edge



Step 1: Go to Microsoft Edge settings




=> Open Microsoft Edge browser and open up the browser menu by clicking on the three-dot/ three-bar menu on the far right of your URL bar. Among the drop-down options that appear, look for and click on ‘Settings’.


Step 2: Click on privacy, search and services option




=> Click on the "Privacy, Search, and Services" tab on the left hand side. Scroll down until you see the "clear browsing data" section. Click "Choose what to clear"


Step 3: Clear the cache




=> When you have checked the boxes, go ahead and choose ‘Clear now’ to begin the clearing process.


4. Clear your browser cache in Internet Explorer



1.Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.…




2.Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete.




3.You will get a confirmation at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.




Note: The F12 developer tools in Internet Explorer 11 do not include a cache menu. This process will only work for IE10 or lower.


1. Close out of Internet Options. Click on Tools and select Developer Tools.




2. In the Developer Tools window, click on Cache and select Clear Browser Cache…




3. Click Yes to confirm the clearing of the browser cache.
